Diabetic Peachy Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. water
1 (12 oz.) can diet ginger ale
2 c. sliced fresh ripe peaches
1 ready to use graham cracker crust
Preparation

Sprinkle gelatin over water in small mixing bowl.
Place in pan of hot water.
Heat until dissolved.
Add ginger ale; stir. Add peaches. Chill until it begins to thicken.
Spoon into pie crust and chill until firm.
May be served with low calorie whipped topping.
Equals 1 fruit, 1 bread and 2 fats.
