Steamed Vegetable Platter(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
    2 tsp. reduced-sodium soy sauce
    2 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 large or 2 small onions, finely sliced
    3 Tbsp. chicken broth or water
    1 head savoy cabbage (about 2 lb.), finely shredded
    1/3 c. toasted peanuts
Preparation
    In a 12-inch skillet, heat the oil and stir in the curry powder until blended.
    Add the onions; when it's sizzling, add the broth and cabbage.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring, until slightly wilted, about 2 minutes.
    Add more liquid if needed. Cover and cook, stirring occasionally, an additional 6 minutes, until tender-crisp.
    Sprinkle with peanuts and serve.
