Cow Pies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk chocolate chips (12 oz.)
1 Tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

In a double boiler, over simmering water, melt the chocolate chips and shortening. Stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in raisins and nuts. Drop by tablespoons onto waxed paper.
Chill until ready to serve.
