Easy Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken pieces
    2 medium potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 (8 to 10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 Pillsbury all-ready pie crust or 1 (10 count) pkg. refrigerated biscuit dough
Preparation
    In a 2-quart casserole dish, layer thinly sliced potatoes, onion, frozen vegetables and chicken.
    Pour in broth and soup. Cover with pie crust or biscuits.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
