Punch Bowl Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 large cans crushed pineapple, drained
    2 small pkg. vanilla pudding, mixed according to directions
    1 can cherry pie filling
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. coconut
    1 bottle cherries (small)
    1 (13 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation
    Bake cake and crumble small amount in bottom of tall glass bowl.
    Layer pineapple, pudding and cherry pie filling; start over with rest of cake and layer again.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Garnish with nuts, coconut and cherries.
    Makes enough for large group.
