Braised Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 green onions, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
9 c. shredded cabbage
3 carrots, grated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Saute green onions in melted butter in large skillet or wok until tender.
Add cabbage and carrots.
Saute 4 minutes or until crisp-tender.
Stir in salt and pepper.
Can use oil instead of butter, if desired.
