Sinful Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    3 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 pt. sour cream or cream cheese
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine Jell-O and boiling water.
    Stir with rubber spatula until Jell-O is completely dissolved.
    Cool.
    Add bananas, pecans, strawberries and pineapple to Jell-O, stir to combine.
    Divide in half.
    Pour half the Jell-O mixture into a 12 x 8-inch pan and refrigerate until set, about 1 hour, keeping remaining Jell-O at room temperature.
    Spread sour cream or cream cheese evenly over set Jell-O.
    Pour on remaining Jell-O.
    Cover and refrigerate until set about 1 1/2 hours or overnight.
