Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. corn syrup (light or dark)
2/3 c. milk
1 c. peanut butter (plain or crunchy)
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Heat sugar, corn syrup and milk to a boil on medium-high and boil 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and add peanut butter and butter.
Beat by hand until cool and pour onto buttered platter. Don't try to make fudge on a rainy day; it won't set properly.
