Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed ripe avocados (usually 2 whole avocados)
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    dash of garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. sour cream (may substitute mayo)
    2 Tbsp. favorite salsa (e.g. Ortega mild salsa)
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients in a bowl with a beater until fairly smooth.
    Amounts of salsa and sour cream may be increased to suit taste and/or to increase smoothness.
