Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. curry
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    2 Tbsp. Lea & Perrins steak sauce
    1 c. catsup
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix flour, curry and mustard; blend into butter.
    Add other ingredients; bring to boil and simmer 2 hours.
    Serve over London Broil.
