Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cake flour
    4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Sift the first 3 ingredients 2 or 3 times.
    Put in bowl the egg plus enough milk to make 1/2 cup.
    Beat and combine with dry ingredients.
    Drop into liquid 1/2 tablespoon at a time.
    Bake or cook 10 minutes.
