Seafood Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 stalks celery
    1/2 green bell pepper
    2 medium onions
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    8 Tbsp. bacon grease
    1/2 c. flour
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 box thinly sliced okra
    1-1/2 lb. medium shrimp
    1 lb. white lump crab meat, shelled
Preparation
    Saute celery, green pepper, medium onions and garlic in 2 tablespoons bacon grease or margarine for 10 minutes.
