Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    box of raisins
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Soak raisins for half a day in 2 cups of water.
    Bring to a boil after soaking.
    Add remaining ingredients except corn starch. Thicken with cornstarch with a bit of raisin juice.
    Makes 2 pies.
