Cheese Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. sharp shredded Cheddar
1/3 c. half and half
1 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation

Place cheese in bowl.
Add half and half to make of spreading consistency.
Stir mustard in.
Spoon into serving dish.
Serve with crackers, vegetables or apples.
Yields 8 servings.
