Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
    1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
    2 drops yellow food color
    1 pouch Certo
Preparation
    Boil for 3 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add Certo.
    Boil hard for 1 minute.
    Ladle into hot jars and seal.
    Immediately invert jars for 5 minutes, then turn up right (helps to seal). About 1 hour later, shake jars to mix peppers before completely set.
    Great with cream cheese and crackers.
    Yields about 6 to 8 half-pints.
