Pineapple-Mandarin Frost - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mandarin juice
    2/3 c. lime juice
    1 qt. lemon sherbet
    2 c. canned pineapple juice
    1 qt. chilled carbonated water
Preparation
    Combine mandarin, pineapple and lime juice and chill thoroughly.
    To serve, pour fruit juice mixture into chilled bowl with mandarin Ice Ring:
    Carefully pour in carbonated water, swirl gently to mix.
    Float scoops of sherbet on top.
    Serves 10 to 12.
