Weed'S Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    3/4 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon Jell-O in 2 c. boiling water
    1 c. grated cheese (mild)
    1 c. whipped cream
Preparation
    Cook pineapple, sugar and salt.
    Boil 10 minutes.
    Add to Jell-O and refrigerate until at least soupy.
    Fold in cheese and whipped cream.
    Refrigerate.
