Cheesy Cheddar Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 pkg. (24 oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes with peppers and onions
 
2 c. shredded sharp cheese
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
- 
                            Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
 
Mix all ingredients, breaking up potatoes if necessary.
Put in 2-quart casserole dish.
Bake 45 minutes or until golden brown.
