Broccoli Dip And Potato Topping - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 sticks margarine
1 can slivered almonds
1 large onion, chopped
2 (6-ounce) cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 1/2 to 2 (6-ounce) rolls garlic cheese
1 pkg. chopped frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Melt butter; add onions and broccoli.
No need to drain broccoli first.
Cook thoroughly over low heat.
Add mushrooms and soups and cook until well heated.
Add cheese and almonds.
This is good served warm with chips or use leftovers on toast for dinner.
Serve over baked potatoes.
