Blueberry Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter, divided
2 1/4 c. sugar, divided
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour, divided
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. blueberries
Preparation

Grease a 10-inch tube pan with 2 tablespoons butter and sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar; set aside.
Cream remaining 1 cup butter.
Slowly add 2 cups sugar, beating well.
Add eggs 1 at a time.
Add vanilla.
Combine 2 3/4 cups flour, baking powder and salt.
Add to creamed mixture.
Dredge blueberries in 1/4 cup flour.
Stir to coat well.
Fold blueberries into batter. Pour into
pan
and
bake
at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Cool and remove from pan.
Let cool completely.
