Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. regular rice
    1 can chicken soup
    1 soup can water
Preparation
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Sprinkle rice over margarine.
    Place chicken on the rice.
    Season with salt and pepper as you like.
    Spoon the undiluted soup over the chicken and rice.
    Pour the water over all.
    Cover with foil; bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
