Deer Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 lb. deer roast without bone
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    1/2 c. red cooking wine
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Use a small roaster with lid.
    Place all ingredients in roaster.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles, if desired.
    Serves 6.
