Strawberry Chiffon Pie(Low Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (3 oz.) sugar free strawberry gelatin
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 1/4 c. cold water
    1 c. reduced-fat frozen whipped topping, thawed
    2 1/4 c. sliced fresh strawberries, divided
    1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust (8 oz.)
Preparation
    In large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Stir in cold water.
    Refrigerate until slightly thickened.
    Fold in the whipped topping and 2 cups strawberries.
    Pour into crust. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
    Garnish with the remaining strawberries.
    Yield: 8 servings.
