Swiss Cheese Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    water
    1 lb. broccoli, coarsely chopped
    salt
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/4 c. milk
    2 c. shredded natural Swiss cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Grease a 10 x 6-inch baking dish.
    In 2-quart saucepan over high heat in 1-inch boiling water, heat broccoli and 1/2 teaspoon salt to boiling; cover and cook 10 minutes.
    Drain.
    Set aside.
