Kay'S Corn And Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. sour cream
    2 (12 oz. each) cans whole kernel white corn
    1/2 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Cook onion in butter until soft; blend in flour and salt. Cook bacon and drain.
    Gradually add sour cream to first mixture, stirring constantly.
    Heat to boiling; add corn.
    Bring to boil; fold in 1/2 cup crumbled bacon.
    Turn into serving dish; garnish with remaining bacon.
    Can be fixed ahead and cooked in 350\u00b0 oven for about 20 minutes or until hot.
