Crawfish Fettucine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 can Cheddar cheese soup
    1/2 c. sherry (optional)
    1 lb. crawfish tails
    1 lb. pkg. fettucine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Preparation
    Cook fettucine according to directions.
    Melt margarine in a large pan; saute onion, bell pepper and celery until golden.
    Stir in soups, garlic and sherry.
    Simmer 15 to 20 minutes.
    Stir in sour cream and crawfish.
    Simmer 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve over cooked fettucine.
    Serves 6.
