Cream Cheese Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. milk
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
