Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium red potatoes, scrubbed, boiled and cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. American cheese, cubed
    chopped green onions
    garlic powder
    black pepper
Preparation
    Mix together mayonnaise, cheese, onions, garlic powder and pepper.
    Toss with potatoes and put in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Crumble 1/2 pound cooked bacon.
    Cover casserole with bacon and sliced green olives.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
