Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated (1 rectangle Black Diamond cheese is 2 c.)
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Place on greased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Makes about 40 to 45 cheese balls.
