Ginger Creams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter or oleo
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. molasses
    4 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. ginger
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cream together butter and sugar.
    Add eggs and molasses.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to butter mixture alternately with water.
    Spread onto 2 jelly roll pans, 11 x 16-inch.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 25 minutes.
    Frost and cut into squares.
