Cranberry Pork Chops(Easy, Tasty And Festive) - cooking recipe

4 pork chops (3/4 to 1-inch thick)
2 c. cleaned cranberries
1/4 c. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Brown chops in bacon drippings; season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, mix remaining ingredients in a bowl.
Place chops in a baking dish, spread with cranberry mixture and cover.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour.
Serve with baked sweet potatoes.
