Creamy Potato And Ham Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. frozen shredded potatoes, thawed
    1 c. frozen peas
    4 oz. thinly sliced ham (lean)
    1 can reduced-calorie cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. dried parsley
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, peas and ham.
    In a small bowl, mix the flour, parsley, salt and pepper into soup.
    Pour over potato mixture and blend well.
    Pour into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes.
    Serves 6.
