Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box German chocolate cake mix
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 stick margarine
1 box powdered sugar
nuts (pecans)
coconut
Preparation

Grease an 11 x 15-inch pan and sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Prepare cake mix as directed on box and pour into pan. Melt margarine and cream cheese together.
After melted, stir in powdered sugar. Spoon over top of cake mixture. Cook at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until done.
