Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    3 carrots
    1/2 c. water
    3 potatoes
    1 medium onion
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Peel and slice vegetables.
    Place roast and vegetables in slow cooker.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
    Add water.
    Cook until roast and vegetables are tender.
