Vinaigrette Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. white pepper
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
    Mix together the vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper, then slowly add the olive oil.
    If the sauce is too thick, add some water.
    Serve with asparagus, salad or your favorite vegetable.
