Honey Lemon Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. lemon rind, grated
    1/3 c. honey
    1 pastry for 2 crust pie (I use Pillsbury ready made crust)
Preparation
    Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and lemon rind; mix well. Blend in honey. Put the pie crust in a pie pan and fill with mixture. Put top crust on and seal edges. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and continue baking for 35 to 45 minutes.
