Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 Monterey Jack, grated
    1 c. sharp Cheddar, grated
    1 (9-inch) pie shell
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chillies
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Partially bake pie shell.
    Sprinkle all of the Monterey Jack, half of the Cheddar and the chilli peppers in shell.
    Beat remaining ingredients together and add to pie shell mixture. Sprinkle remainder of Cheddar on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes, or until crust is brown.
