A Wonderful Marinating Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. sugar (white or brown)
2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 small onion, minced really fine
1 tsp. powdered mustard
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, minced really fine
1/2 tsp. red pepper (I use less)
2 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Simmer all this for several minutes.
Then store in refrigerator.
Meat marinated in this doesn't burn easily as it does hot have tomato sauce in it.
Very good for any kind of meat. I soak my meat about 1 hour before cooking.
