Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can crabmeat
    2 cans shrimp
    rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    2 bay leaves
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. thyme
Preparation
    Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
    Add 3 tablespoons of flour until it gets brown.
    Throw in everything except meat. Cook for 20 minutes.
    Take bay leaves out and reheat for 5 minutes more.
    Then add meat.
    Meanwhile, have your rice cooked to mix in when done cooking.
