Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. apples
2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Mix apples, sugar, and chopped pecans by hand.
Let stand 1 hour.
Mix flour baking soda, cinnamon, and salt until well blended.
Add oil and eggs.
Bake in a greased and floured bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
