Sole Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 fillet of sole (or other white fish)
1 can cream of shrimp soup
seasoned croutons
Preparation

Butter an 8 x 8 x 2-inch casserole.
Lay fish in serving size pieces on bottom of pan.
Pour shrimp soup over fish (undiluted). Crumb the croutons and sprinkle over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
