Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 carrot, grated
    1 head cauliflower
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    8 c. chicken broth
    3/4 c. flour
    3/4 c. oleo
    3 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Heat oil in large pot.
    Add chopped onion, celery and carrot. Cook 2 minutes.
    Add cauliflower; cover.
    Cook 15 minutes.
    Add broth and bring to boil 5 minutes.
