Fast Fixin' Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 envelope Lipton golden mushroom soup mix
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    In medium skillet, melt butter; stir in soup mix and parsley blended with water.
    Add fish.
    Simmer, covered, 10 minutes or until fish flakes.
    Makes about 4 servings.
