Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 medium potatoes, boiled and cubed
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 c. chopped onion
small jar pimento
2 to 3 slices bread, cubed
2 Tbsp. parsley
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 sticks margarine, melted
Preparation

Sprinkle cubed cheese and onion over potatoes.
Place pimento, garlic salt and parsley on top.
Put bread cubes over top of casserole.
Pour margarine over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
