Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen, cooked, deboned and cut into bite size pieces (strain broth to cook veggies in)
    2 qt. water (add more if needed)
    2 medium cans cut-up tomatoes
    1 bay leaf
    1 pkg. each: frozen peas, frozen corn, frozen sliced okra and frozen petite butter beans
    2 Tbsp. minced dry onion
Preparation
    Cook together until veggies are cooked; add chicken.
    Cook this in a 5-quart stew pan.
    Eat with cornbread.
