Asparagus Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. asparagus spears
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 egg, beaten
    pinch of oregano
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook asparagus until just barely tender; drain. Add butter. Arrange in shallow buttered baking dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Over this pour egg and milk blended together.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper and oregano. Dot with butter.
    Sprinkle lightly with more cheese. Bake for 30 minutes at 375\u00b0.
