Gary'S Creole Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
1 lb. hamburger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 pepper, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large pot, brown meat, pepper and onion; drain.
Add chopped cabbage, Ro-Tel and tomatoes.
Add cheese soup.
Cook about 2 hours on slow heat or simmer.
Good served with cornbread.
Serves 6 to 8.
