Coconut-Orange Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. yellow corn meal
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/4 c. thawed orange juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. flaked coconut
    1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients, mixing well.
    Combine eggs and next 3 ingredients.
    Add to sugar mixture, stirring well.
    Add coconut.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until filling sets.
    Yield: One 9-inch pie.
