Polish Hamburgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 lb. ground pork
    2 eggs
    1 onion
    1 chopped green pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix hamburger, pork, eggs, chopped onion, green pepper and milk together.
    Add bread crumbs to form a patty.
    Brown patties in a little oil until browned on both sides.
    Remove patties.
    Add water to juice and thicken with flour water to make gravy.
    Put patties back in gravy and let simmer 45 minutes to 1 hour.
