Cheesy Onion Bake With Toasted Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar
    1/3 c. finely chopped white onion
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. cracked (crushed) red pepper
    6 whole small French breads, slightly frozen
    coarse ground black pepper
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Grate the cheese and mix with the onion, mayonnaise and cracked red pepper.
    Bake in a covered baking dish in a 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 oven for about 25 minutes.
    Using an electric knife, thinly slice the French breads into rounds.
    Lay the slices on a cookie sheet and lightly brush with melted butter.
    Sprinkle with coarse ground black pepper and bake 20 to 25 minutes in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Serve the hot cheesy onion bake as a dip with the toasted rounds.
